Our team of IT professionals have years of industry experience including certifications from tool vendors including Microsoft, Cisco and VMWare.
We deliver managed IT services throughout NSW (Gosford, Newcastle, Parramatta and Sydney), South Australia and Victoria.
ASWIG Solutions began as the Information Technology (IT) department within Employers Mutual. The IT department was established almost twenty years ago and has grown steadily. Since becoming a separate entity, ASWIG IT has continued to grow.
ASWIG Solutions currently has a staff of approximately 100 IT professionals working from two offices - one in Sydney's CBD and the other in Vietnam. Those IT professionals bring a wide range of skills and experience across both Service Delivery and Development.
The Service Delivery team provides three levels of support:
Response - Receives initial support requests and either deals with those requests or channels those requests through to the most appropriate team member.
Infrastructure - Responsible for building, and maintaining, critical systems including networks and communications.
Technical Specialists - Highly skilled experts who are able to troubleshoot any issues that cannot be dealt with by either the First Response or Infrastructure teams.
The Development team has extensive experience in building and maintaining applications. The developers use a variety of programming languages including Powerbuilder and .NET. They are supported by Business Analysts and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to ensure solutions are robustly designed, developed and tested.
In addition to continuing to support Employers Mutual, ASWIG IT support other clients in the greater Sydney metropolitan area.
